💼 Booking & Cancellation Policy
To ensure clarity and fairness for all clients, please review the following policies before booking your appointment.
🔒 Deposit Policy
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for appointments booked more than two weeks in advance. Sent via e-transfer to : inkandheal@gmail.com Your appointment is subject to pending until deposit is received.
This deposit may be transferred to a future appointment if rescheduled at least 3 days prior to the original booking.
Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances.
📅 Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled only if requested at least 3 days in advance.
Rescheduling requests made within 3 days of the appointment will be subject to cancellation fees.
❌ Cancellation Fees & No-Shows
Cancellations made within 3 days of the appointment will incur the following fees:
$100 for PMU initial sessions
$50 for PMU touch-up sessions
🏥 Medical Exceptions
If you are experiencing a medical issue that affects your ability to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
🚫 Health & Eligibility Guidelines
For your safety and optimal results, please do not attend your appointment if any of the following apply:
You are pregnant or breastfeeding
You are feeling unwell, including symptoms such as fever, cold, flu, or active infection
You have open wounds, skin irritation, or active acne in the treatment area
You are currently undergoing chemotherapy, radiation, or have a compromised immune system
You are taking blood-thinning medications or have bleeding disorders
You have had recent cosmetic procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, chemical peels) in the treatment area within the past 2 weeks
You are prone to keloid scarring or have severe skin sensitivities
